As the sc
hool year is approaching, Mat has dove right back into flying. He has been trying to gain hours and by doing so this requires longer flights. Tuesday night, Mat flew up to West Yellowstone where Mom & Dad are for the summer working. First of all, he's wanted to fly north for the last two years, but the weather has never let him. So he's flown southward since he started flying.....except this time! Him & his instructor took a twin engine plane called, the "Twin Star" up to have dinner with Mom & Dad.

Mom Haderlie took some pictures and they turned out great!! She got this great shot of Mat and his cheesy grin....:)
